Shansi alumni, friends, community members, new Fellows and their families, and reunion attendees interested in Shansi’s efforts in connecting Oberlin and Asia are invited to come by Shansi House for our in-person Open house. Please join us for a drink, a snack, and some conversation! (No registration or RSVP neeeded.)

The Oberlin Shansi team is thrilled to announce that we will be holding an in-person Shansi Breakfast at this year’s Oberlin Commencement and Reunion Weekend on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 8:30 am to 10 am in Biggs Commons, Stevenson Dining Hall.
Shansi alumni, friends, new Fellows and their families, reunion attendees interested in Shansi’s efforts to connect Oberlin and Asia are all welcome to the first in-person Shansi Breakfast since 2019.
The Shansi Breakfast connects Shansi’s generations as we introduce our newest cohort of Shansi Fellows to the wider Shansi community, welcome alumni to reconnect, and bring you up to date on what Shansi has been up to over the last year. Not to mention telling a few stories,having breakfast, and (of course) enjoying some strawberries and cream.
Please join us to celebrate Shansi tradition and look to the future as we welcome a new group of Shansi Fellows preparing to head abroad.
