2014 Narratives

Every year, Oberlin Shansi Fellows in China, India, Indonesia and Japan are asked to write a narrative focusing on an aspect of living, traveling and working abroad. This summer we had a wonderful array of topics including pieces about train rides in China, seeing bits of Spanish in Madurai, good friends in Indonesia, teaching in Taigu, and taiko in Machida.
